EHDOT & INFO

1. Maksu
Lasku yksityishenkilöille ja yrityksille Svea Bankin kautta, Maksa heti (Betala Direkt), korttimaksu, pankkisiirto, osamaksu omaan tahtiisi tai MobilePay.

2. Hinnat
Voimassa oleva hinta näkyy tilauksen tekemisen yhteydessä.

3. Arvonlisävero (ALV)
Valitse maasi ylävalikosta nähdäksesi hinnat verollisina tai verottomina.
EU-yritykset: ilmoita voimassa oleva ALV-numero.

4. Toimituskulut
Toimituskulut määräytyvät painon ja toimitusosoitteen mukaan. Lisää tuotteet ostoskoriin, siirry kassalle ja valitse maa nähdäksesi toimituskulut.

5. Toimitus
Varastotuotteet toimitetaan yleensä 2–7 päivän kuluessa. Tuotteet ovat varastossa, ellei tuotteen toimitustiedoissa toisin mainita.

6. Takuu
Yleinen takuuaika on 1 vuosi. Halogeenituotteilla takuuaika on 3 kuukautta ja LED-polttimoilla 1 kuukausi. EU:n kuluttajansuojalainsäädäntöä sovelletaan täysimääräisesti.
Kaikki takuut ovat voimassa ostopäivästä alkaen.
Ota yhteyttä meihin, jos tuotteessa ilmenee vika takuuaikana. Vaihtoa varten tulee palauttaa vain viallinen tuote alla olevaan osoitteeseen. Liitä mukaan kopio ostokuitista. Usein vian syy voidaan selvittää vaihtamalla osa vastaavaan tuotteeseen (esimerkiksi vaihtamalla ballastin puolta).

7. Tilaustuotteet
Jotkin tuotteet voivat olla tilaustuotteita, mikä voi pidentää toimitusaikaa normaalista.
Emme anna taattua toimitusaikaa Vool-tuotteille, jotka ovat tilaustuotteita, vaikka toimitus tapahtuu yleensä 3–5 viikon kuluessa. Emme myönnä yrityksille palautusoikeutta tilaustuotteille. Yksityishenkilöiden osalta pidätämme oikeuden veloittaa 500 SEK:n (sis. ALV) käsittelymaksun mahdollisten toimituskulujen lisäksi, jos tilaustuote peruutetaan, palautetaan tai jätetään noutamatta.

8. Palautukset
Sinulla on 30 päivän palautusoikeus – 100 % tyytyväisyystakuu tai rahat takaisin.
Palauta tuote sellaisessa kunnossa, jossa itse hyväksyisit sen vastaanottamisen. Saat luonnollisesti avata pakkauksen ja testata tuotetta. Mikäli palautettu tuote on vahingoittunut, pidätämme oikeuden vähentää palautettavaa summaa tai hylätä palautuksen. Hyvitykset käsitellään yleensä 5 arkipäivän kuluessa. Mikäli käytät peruuttamisoikeuttasi, vastaat itse palautuksen toimituskuluista. Peruuta ostoksesi täällä

9. Noutamattomat paketit
Jos pakettia ei noudeta UPS Service Point -toimipisteestä 7 päivän kuluessa, se palautetaan meille. Hyvitämme tilauksesi summan vähennettynä meno- ja palautusrahdin kustannuksilla.
