Relay cable for easy installation of 1 LED driving light with DT6 connector.
It is possible to replace the mounted relay in the kit with an XBB PowerUnit® (max 15A + 5A)
Red cable - connects to the + (12V) pole of the battery. The red cable has a splashproof fuse (30A).
Black cable - connects to the - (negative) pole of the battery or to a ground point on the body.
Brown cable - connects to the vehicle's high beam signal at the headlight, but not when using the XBB PowerUnit®.
Gray cable - Used for function 2 of the XBB PowerUnit® (max 5A). Can be programmed as position light, reverse light or similar (see manual for XBB Dongle). Can be connected with white or yellow cable for position light (see below).
Blue cable - short cable - Outgoing control signal, only used when connecting additional relay cables (when installing several extra lights or ramps): Connected to short brown cable with black connector on the next relay cable. This keeps the regular relay and only one PowerUnit® is needed to control both/all relay cables. Up to 20 relay cables can be interconnected in this way. The holder for the relay can be pushed together for neat and easy installation.
White and Yellow cable - Incoming control signal for position light in LED ramp/external light with white or yellow position light. Peel and connect the gray cable (see point "gray cable" above) with white or yellow cable,
use the supplied solder joint (see point 2). - If you want to switch between white and orange, so that you normally have white position light on and want to switch to orange, you can mount a switch inside the cabin (accessory) that powers the yellow cable.
Green cable - ON/OFF for the flash light (or other function depending on the product) - connected to +12V via an ON/OFF switch (accessory).
Blue cable - change the flash light pattern (or other function depending on the product) - connected via a momentary switch to +12V (accessory) or the flash pattern is set at the time of installation. See the manual for each product.
DT contact 6-pole - Connected to light source (max 13A/DT contact, max 15A total for the cabling that has XBB PowerUnit®.
